Since October 2022, Lisa Badstieber has been responsible for Human Capital Management (HCM) and Human Experience Management (HXM) at T-Systems, with a focus on SAP. In addition, the HR specialist has been a freelance lecturer at the Austrian Institute of Management (IM) in the MBA in IT Management program since April 2023.
She gained her extensive experience and deep expertise in SAP HR solutions—such as SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Concur—while working as a consultant for renowned international companies.
