Marlen Schenk is Director of AI and coordinates strategic AI projects in the newsroom of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe and S-Communication Services. She drives the adoption of agentic AI within the group, designs agentic teams, and translates new AI potential into concrete applications for communication, consulting, and processes. In doing so, she implements AI processes and structures that specifically support the diverse communication activities of the 348 savings banks currently operating in Germany.
