After earning her degree in cultural management from the Uni of Passau, she led technology-related public-private partnership projects at the German Energy Agency and was responsible for community management and technology transfer in a specific area at EnergieAgentur.NRW.

Monika Löber serves as Deputy Managing Director at KI.NRW. The KI.NRW competence platform is developing North Rhine-Westphalia into one of the leading locations for applied artificial intelligence (AI) and establishing the state within national and international networks. Before, she spent many years as an AI transfer manager, implementing collaborative initiatives with stakeholders from academia, industry, and civil society, and supporting the platform’s business advisory services and technical communications. After earning her degree in Cultural Management from the Uni of Passau, she led technology-related public-private partnership projects at the German Energy Agency and was responsible for community management and technology transfer in a specific area of focus at EnergieAgentur.NRW.
