Roman Howe serves as Head of Central & Eastern Europe at Anthropic, an AI safety lab. Based in Munich, he leads Anthropic’s go-to-market and commercial operations across the German-speaking markets and the broader CEE region. Before joining Anthropic, Roman was Chief Revenue Officer at FactFinder, where he oversaw global revenue strategy and customer success, and prior to that held senior leadership positions at Icertis, Salesforce and at IBM Deutschland.
