About the company
Another highlight is Gaffel Wiess. This naturally cloudy specialty beer is considered the forefather of Kölsch and is firmly rooted in the beer tradition of Cologne. The beer lineup is rounded out by the refreshingly tangy Cologne-style natural radler Gaffel Lemon and the refreshing Gaffel Kölsch & Cola. Since 2002, the company has maintained a close partnership with 1. FC Köln, authentically combining Cologne tradition with a sense of regional connection.
