Technical product knowledge, multilingual markets, and complex system landscapes overwhelm standard AI. ALUCA is pursuing this path together with octonomy: an AI-powered knowledge base that transcribes calls, structures expert knowledge, and automates responses to service processes. Sushel Bijganath, CEO of octonomy, demonstrates how a multi-agent system resolves this complexity. Frédéric Straß, CEO of ALUCA GmbH, shares ALUCA’s concrete path toward becoming an AI-first organization.
