Oliver Jung is responsible for building and growing NiCE Cognigy's partner network for Agentic AI in the DACH region, incl. the partnership with Deutsche Telekom. Previously, he was Director Telco Ecosystem Partnerships at Meta, responsible for Central Europe, and before that VP Group Business Development & Venturing B2B at Deutsche Telekom. He uses his experience across telecommunications, tech platforms, and partner management to help companies get started with the productive use of AI agents.
